Bay East Animal Hospital: Zellmer Kirsten E DVM

Was totally disgusted with this place after 20 plus years of bringing our dogs here. We woke up after a restless night with our dog Vito who had an obvious ear infection as his ears were inflamed, hot, and he had been shaking his head all night long. I called Bay East right away thinking a technician could quickly peek at his ears and get him on some antibiotics, understanding they are busy, I was simply asking for a quick 3 minute in and out to give our dog some relief. I was shocked when the receptionist, who stated they were completely booked and had no space for him until the following Tuesday, 5 days from then. Dr Riedi and the vet techs and support staff are TOP NOTCH! ? I've been seeing them since 2005 for my kitties and have always gotten reliable, knowledgeable and compassionate service. Thank sooo much! ?
