I hauled a load out of this plant that was 10 hours behind on what my pick was told by my company. Then to top it off only one of the three stops had appointment times who ever does the planning and assign loads to trucking companies needs to know how to manage time . I work for a company that believes in on time deliveries. This right load I had was not a great effort on your companies part . I told my company this load is all on you . Not me the driver or my company, we did our job and showed up to pick the load up. Your plant drop the ball on getting it loaded and times set. My company had to do your companies job. Call the other two receivers to see what time they would talk your products. I hope if I decide to pick up a load from this location that there is a lot more professionalism in getting things done in a timely manner. This load right here , really gave my company a bad showing as far as our promise to our customers to deliver on time .
