Crew was friendly and efficient. Overall a great job! Must have been a new guy, but he felt the need to yell everything. I understand if it's something to who's below in the pit, but someone must've told him it was cute. Could do without that but that isn't a deal breaker.
This Grafton location is unbelievably professional. They really know vehicles and follow a strict protocol. They also exemplify what a great team looks like. They treat each other with tremendous respect. I was impressed with the comraderie I witnessed. Valvoline is obviously doing something very well because their caliber of personnel is impressive. They OWN my business because this is hard to emulate no matter what service I am referring to. Congratulations.
Very fast, nice guys, and I didn't have to do much. But when did an oil change become $100, even with synthetic oil. Thank heavens you can usually find a $10 coupon on their website.
