I went to ulta beauty to on 3/24/2024 around 11:15 am. I went in for a cut and color I worked with Marissa she was very friendly and excellent to work with she was very understanding of what I was looking for. I had my doubts until I saw the finished product and all I can say is I love it. I feel so young and pretty very girlie. I don't normally get my hair done regularly but I have had luck at Ulta before and will continue to keep coming back when I have the time. Can't wait to work with Marissa.

The workers at this location are always so helpful. Today I went in with a load of questions regarding double-cleansing skincare and how to conceal my blemishes and was helped by a wonderful person named Nicole with very pretty red dyed hair. Nicole answered every question I had and assured me that if the products she recommended weren’t working as I hoped, I would be able to return them within 60 days. Never had a negative experience at this location, and the workers are always very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. If I could leave 10 stars, I would.

I came in today with many questions spanning skincare to makeup and was helped by a lovely person named Nicole. Nicole made sure all of my questions were answered in full and helped me pick out products to help heal and conceal my acne blemishes. I've never had a negative experience at this location and find it strange the ratings are low.
