I want to say how much I love Tim, Sarah Rose and Sarah R!! Tim and the girls are amazing to work with. Anytime you walk in their office they are always welcoming, kind, fun and just wonderful. I love the relationship we have built over the last 3 years. I know they take great care of their customers and treat them like family just like Kelmann does. That’s why we all work so well together. I can’t thank them enough for putting their trust in Kelmann to take care of their customers . Just wonderful people with big hearts. ? I am so pleased with Tim Chopp and his staff at Insurance Innovations in Grafton, WI. We moved our home and auto to Insurance Innovations earlier this year, then one month ago, my 19-year-old daughter crashed her car when she hit a deer going approximately 50 miles an hour in Mequon. Thankfully, my daughter was not injured. Adding to my gratitude is the fact that my insurance provider immediately jumped into action, providing her with a loaner car and got the damaged car into a body shop very quickly.
