New to the area and a new patient at Dental Care of Grafton, I am pleased with their friendly professional manner and expertise. The office staff, technicians, and Dr. Patch bring to mind the phrase, Painless Dentistry.
This office did a great and very professional, thorough cleaning. Miranda was very kind, reassuring and thoroughly explained the process! Very accurate and made me feel very at ease. Dr Patch explained what problem areas, what my treatment options are and how I could manage them until they I come in for my next treatment.Front desk was friendly and welcoming.We were able to address all my billing questions and concerns.
Reception staff attentive and helpful. Hygienist was welcoming and experienced. Dr was not in a rush and showed pictures + discussed his recommendations with options. It was a great experience and I will return.
