Best Friends has provided our family excellent pet care for a quarter century and even though we’ve moved 45 minutes away from Grafton, we still wouldn’t think of changing to any other vet.
I went here while I lived in Grafton, and I always had excellent service for my kitty. They were super on top of her health, they helped pick out the best diet for her, and they were super transparent about pruces, especially keeping me informed on what's recommended, what they cost, and the benefits, etc. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. And they also followed up with me after every diet change via text or email to see how she's adjusting, as well as making suggestions or giving guidance going forward. I really cannot recommend Best Friends enough. I live over an hour away now, but the drive would've been worth it for me if my kitty didn't hate the car so much...read full review
We had such a wonderful experience at this veterinary clinic. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, calm, and incredibly kind. They took their time explaining everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. You can truly tell they care about both the animals and the owners.
The level of professionalism and compassion really stood out. My pet was treated gently and with so much attention. I left feeling reassured and grateful to have found a clinic I can trust.
