The staff was very professional. Shawn, Sarah, Kristen, and the Radiologist was very welcoming, they really put me at ease. They’re a good team. The nurse and medical tech wrote notes about my symptoms on pieces of paper towel they took from over the sink in the room. I’ve never see anything like this in terms of patient privacy and treatment. I didn’t believe the other reviews and wish I would have. I have never felt so uncared for and disrespected as a patient before.

I can’t recall ever in my life thinking “wow, that trip to urgent care was so smooth, efficient, and quick to get through, and all the staff were super awesome” until today. Fully was prepared to be miserable and wait around all night, but I was in, out, labs, prescriptions in what couldn’t have even been fifteen total minutes. Nurse (Megan? I’m sorry I did not quite catch it!) and dr. Kaebisch were both so lovely.
