I’m a state of Wisconsin government employee for almost a decade so I have great insurance. Ascension has been my primary care for the past 7+ years. I went to this clinic because it was next to my office and my primary care ascension down the street didn’t have an appointment open until later in the day and my schedule was packed acting as a humble civil servant trying to protect the community with the type of work I do. We are overworked and underpaid to say the least so I thought this would assist in my insane workload and relieve some of the burden. I had a minor dog bite that appeared to be getting infected. The staff was very professional. Shawn, Sarah, Kristen, and the Radiologist was very welcoming, they really put me at ease. They’re a good team. I believe that medical professionals are a part of God’s Resurrection Army, they resurrect us back to health and sometimes back to life! So very grateful for you!Catherine Robinson

I came in today with a possible broken hand. After waiting an hour to be seen, the nurse and doctor were very quick and friendly and sympathetic. They called for an x-ray, which again came pretty quick. But then I had to sit there for over an hour. I finally left the room and asked for ice for my hand. The doctor came in and said they were still waiting for a results from the radiologist. After another half hour, he came in and said that he was frustrated, but didn’t think my hand was broken and was going to send me home with a splint. And he would call when they got final results.
