“Best thing I’ve ever done!!! I waited to write this since having permanent eyeliner done in January right before having lasik and wanted to see with my corrected vision. I’ve been wanting to do this for at least seven years and when I decided to have Lasik, I decided to do this right before as you cannot wear makeup after you have Lasik for about a week. I reached out to Rosie and I am so glad I did because it is incredible. I only wish I had done it sooner! First, Rosie is the sweetest soul, but more than that she is an incredible artist that listened to what I wanted and made it a reality. I wouldn't change a thing. Every morning I wake up and look in the mirror and feel amazing. I had her do a conservative liner that is very natural looking yet gives me a nice look before I even apply any makeup. I love it!!!
