I had nothing but a VERY positive experience. I was looking for a new dentist, so I stopped in last Friday (4/29) and Abby at tge desk was wonderful. She got me in as early as today Tuesday (5/03) and today was great. Vanessa was awesome as I had some difficulties completing the Demographic form on my phone last night so she gave me a computer tablet and all was fine. I absolutely love my hygienist Grace for her care and thoroughness in explaining things and teaching me how to consider purchasing a Water Pik flosser because I am not a consistent flosser. I also love my dentist Dr. Taff (not sure if I heard her name completely but I know she has a cat 😺). She took the time to show me my x-ray which may have revealed a fracture and need for a crown and filling in an area where I thought I might have broke something biting down on a hard pretzel. It is so nice to see quality health care and customer service. Thank you.
