The experience working with COR Improvements was nothing short of spectacular! From the initial discussion to the final pieces, everything was amazing! In my opinion, there are three qualities that make a GREAT General Contractor: 1) attention to detail in the scoping/design process; 2) the quality of the sub-contractors they partner with; and 3) the execution and management of the project. The reason we chose COR Improvements was because of their reputation for their high touch client experience. We were not disappointed!

From the beginning their attention to detail and setting expectations was clear and easy to follow. Each team we encountered was easy to work with, responded quickly to all of our questions and communicated often and clearly throughout the remodel. We ran into an unforeseen delay, as is likely in a remodel, and new plans were quickly put in place to minimize the delay.

The teams that COR Improvements brought into our home were nice, polite and efficient; I’m glad we didn’t have to organize all those moving parts!!
