Ascension Columbia St. Mary's - Glendale

I was very impressed with Dr. Spiedel and her nurse Dee Dee. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They are genuinely concerned about their patients and in making the dreaded doctor visit as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend Dr. Spiedel. The receptionist at check in was very nice too .

All the staff was professional and polite. Front desk greeted me so pleasantly. Nurse was caring and listened attentively. Dr Speidel was so informative and her manner was kind. Lab tech is very skilled and has a great smile.

I came here because something bit me in the lower back and it got infected. This was a little over a week after returning from Sri Lanka, so the young Nurse Practitioner was all excited that maybe she would get to extract some exotic tropical parasite from me but it turned out it was just some run of the mill domestic insect bite. The nurse was excellent, mainly because she was my age. You rarely see mature, experienced, middle aged nurses anymore because hospitals and physicians have treated them so poorly. And, you rarely see actual physicians any more at urgent care, though they do charge you like they came in. Doesn't matter, I prefer nurse practitioners anyway,... read full review
