Love Dr Bob. Hes very knowledgeable about everything. He takes the time with you and has always been able to fix my issues. Appointments are easy to get. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Overall great place good people!
Rivercrest Chiropractic is a lifesaver! I came to see Dr. Bobby for the first time two weeks ago. I had significant pain in my left shoulder. I had an injury in 2015 and have had pain ever since. Dr Bobby is a shoulder miracle worker. He understood that the tendons in my shoulder were very tight and went to work loosening them. I have had three treatments and each time I walked away from the appointment feeling so much better. My pain is nearly gone. I am looking forward to continuing my treatment and becoming pain free. I am very thankful for Dr. Bobby for helping me when I was told by other Chiropractors that my only choices were surgery or injections.
I gave it a five because Dr. Bob deserves no less. But I would give the lady at the front desk a minus 10. They told me to use Medicare, and I did but learned a valuable lesson. I didn't realize that I had a deductible, but I did say if my insurance didn't cover it I would pay the difference. Didn't realize that they charge over $80.00 a visit when Medicare was involved and 50 when it isn't. So had I paid at the time of service the three visits would have cost me $150. Instead Medicare paid part and I had to fork over 216 dollars for 3 visits. I tried to reason with the lady at the front desk but she just shrugged her shoulders like she didn't... read full review
