I am absolutely shocked by the staff, service & personalized Christmas bag of goodies our boy got! There was a hand written letter from our groomer, Nate, who we followed from Pewaukee. Sometimes the 30min drive can be daunting but in the end it is well worth it based on the excellent customer service we receive here! Thank you for all you do!

You will never find a better groomer. My dog went in for his nails to be trimmed and I was so scared. Multiple places couldn’t do it because my dog struggled so bad and would bite at the people doing it. My dog is very scared and anxious and I was super skeptical. Upon entering, I knew this was the place that would change my perspective on groomers. They slowly worked with my dog to make him comfortable and understand where he was. Even after my dog got difficult and thrashed and screamed, they talked to him in happy soothing voices and didn’t falter once. As a family with a golden retriever, we are quite particular about our boy’s grooming and Jenna Fur’s has NEVER disappointed us! We love the ability to book appointments online with a wide selection of availability! The staff is great and always a pleasure to work with; they always follow up after our appointments to ensure we are satisfied with the services. For the level of service received and their attention to detail, the cost of services is quite reasonable! Thank you Jenna Fur’s for another amazing groom!
