“We contacted Seasonal Services to core aerate and over-seed our lawn. A service technician came without notice and only seeded our yard. When we called to find out why the aeration was not done the person that answered the phone said nothing could be done about it because it was our fault since we had not initialed that portion of the contract. We had specifically called about aeration. Obviously it wasn’t clearly indicated that in addition to signing the contract, you needed to initial portions of it. We asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t available. We asked to have him call us. It took 2 weeks to get a return but after we finally talked with the manager, he sent someone out the next day to do a complimentary aeration. We are very pleased with resolution of the issue.“

We engaged them to perform a major redo of our landscaping, including the patio in back, walkways around each side of the house and all plantings next to the house. Our designer and project lead was Tracy and she was just what we needed. We had a vague idea of what we wanted and she asked all the right questions and gave the right advice to get us there. She listened to our concerns and questions and was a good communicator. If she didn't have an answer to a question she didn't fake it but instead said she would find out--and she did so quickly.
