So let's get something straight, I don't give a crap about some unreturned phone call, or if Terrace builds in your area, or whatever!!!! Are the Terrace builds "solid and quality" is the question??? And I say ABSOLUTELY!!!! I live in a Terrace home, built in 2006 in a subdivision that went bankrupt and i can say 100% that this is one of the best built houses I've ever lived in. I've lived in 8 since childhood, custom built ones at that, since I've been a kid. This house is damn near bombproof...... Very nice arrangement of model homes, well organized and a very transparent approach to pricing. Staff was kind and helpful and as a career builder/contractor I must say I was very impressed with the quality of such a great-value price offering.
We built a Terrace home and I waited 6 months to give an honest review. We custom designed our home we did not pick from the models.. They have been fantastic! They let us view each step of the process. Exciting to watch your home be built! The home is beautiful. They will take care of any issue you have. They stand by their product 100%!! Ruth, Mark, Katie, Matt, Misty and Rhonda have all went out of their way to see we were satisfied. We would do it all again in a heartbeat!!
