So let's get something straight, I don't give a crap about some unreturned phone call, or if Terrace builds in your area, or whatever!!!! Are the Terrace builds "solid and quality" is the question??? And I say ABSOLUTELY!!!! I live in a Terrace home, built in 2006 in a subdivision that went bankrupt and i can say 100% that this is one of the best built houses I've ever lived in. I've lived in 8 since childhood, custom built ones at that, since I've been a kid. This house is damn near bombproof...... It has 2"x12" floor joists with 1" subfloor, 2"x6" walls, full insulation, weather shield wrap, good vinyl windows, good flooring, good doors, a solid roof. Did we have some settling cracks, YES!!!!! Guess what, we fixed them...... Done, move on. We are in the process of looking at another Terrace build because they are a quality home and if the new build is like this one, I will live my final days in a Terrace home. Thank you Terrace Homes for what you do!!!!
Dennis came to our cabin very quickly to work on our water pump limiter switch. Within a short time he had it fixed. His fee was very fair and reasonable. He's a very professional repair guy who knows his trade. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to call him again if we needed future water pump repairs.
Heather was amazing!! We cut off 8 inches of damaged hair and she left me with a fun cut that's easy to style! I set up my next appt immediately! I highly recommend!!!
