“We were told by a different company that there was a problem with the bearings on our furnace and it really should be replaced. Kevin Mulry came to our home to give us a quote. He looked at the furnace did some tests and told us the furnace was fine, there was no problem with the bearing, that he would be happy to give us a quote but that there was no problem. We did not buy a furnace from him but when it becomes time to replace this furnace they will be the first company we call.“

After identifying the issue, he alerted us that he could help it run this year, but it wouldn't last a very long time beyond that.Fast forward to winter, and we shopped around for a new furnace (22 years old) and air conditioner. After comparison, we decided to go with Randerson.Nick and his staff were very informative, not pushy and worked with us to get a system that will do the job without overkill. He offered options on the system that we could add, but wasn't hard selling to get us upgrades. Both were installed when promised, and we are living in comfort.If you are in need of either service or opinions, I wouldn't hesitate to give Randerson Heating and Cooling a call.“
