Jim is one of the finest tradesman I have met (and I know many). He came out on short notice, did excellent work exceeding my highest expectations, showed great professionalism, care and concern, and has a great sense of humor to boot. Great man providing great service. 5 stars is not a high enough recommendation.

I called Jim for installation of replacement faucets for bathroom and kitchen plus a very slow draining tub in the bathroom. I had purchased a 50 year plus old condo unit . Jim did a 4.0 job and also took the time to do it properly. He discovered a big problem which my home inspector had not. He fixed the problem and I know I'm fine for the future regarding it. I've used his services since twice for toliet upgrades to Senior units. Excellent service for all the requested work. Highly recommended. After calling a handful of other plumbers, that do a better job advertising… We called Jim. He did a great job. Fair price. Pleasant to talk with and actually cleaned up. Like really cleaned up. Not just sorta leave a damp mess and pick up tools. It was cleaner when he left than when he got there. Hands down the guy I’ll call next time and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone in the area. Every plumber is busy these days it seems, if they even answer the phone. Got lucky with Jim and we really can’t say enough good things about him.
