“I first came here a few years ago before I had my first child for a pedicure. Danae was great and did an awesome job. After I had my daughter, it made it very difficult for me to be able to find alone time to be able to get my nails done. This week, I brought my daughter along and it was great to have a child friendly establishment. They were able to play Aladdin on the TV for her to help keep her entertained. My nail tech Hailey was also very sweet to her and engaged with her. Makes me happy I have a place I can bring my daughter along if I can’t find a sitter. However, the overall customer service has really gone down hill. I arrived at my appointment 10.mins early, Sarah was on her lunch break (totally fine) but no one greeted me. I was left standing there, and ended up deciding to sit down and just wait until Sarah arrived.
It seems the team environment Ulta once had is really suffering these days, which has created a less welcoming atmosphere.“
