The was my first visit to Wisconsin Vision. The selection of eye glass frames was both modern and an excellent variety. My eye exam was scheduled the same day with Dr. Church who explained my options in a positive manner. Jahlen explained my insurance benefits showing me my costs on the computer screen. I found the staff helpful and pleasant for a first time experience at Wisconsin vision I would definitely return. . Excellent experience at the Franklin site.
My husband had his exam and got his glasses at this store several weeks ago. My eyes are very light sensitive so had some questions about what lenses I should get. Sam helped me pick out frames and answered any questions I had. I was also glad for the suggestions he gave me. Today I picked up my glasses and Mary asked me when I walked in the door how she could help me even though she was busy at her station. She made sure the glasses fit me and I was on my way. The few times my husband and I have been there, Mary is always so helpful!
