Kathy made sure that I was comfortable with the shape of my nails and color. Kathy was very sweet and respectful. As I was checking out to pay for my appointment, a new customer like myself came in to see if the nail techs were able to do a specific style of nails that the new customer was interested in. She did such a great job my mother was so worried she would have to have her take them off because she thought it would irritate her eyes, but GUESS WHAT she went on her vacation and this is the picture she sent me. The water temperature was perfect, creating a soothing environment. The lighting inside the float pod was adjustable, allowing me to set it to my preference--low light for a relaxing ambiance or completely dark for deeper relaxation. Background music was available, which I found soothing and added to the overall experience; the option to turn it off was appreciated for those who prefer silence. Additionally, each float pod is equipped with a button to easily contact the front desk in case of any issues, which added to the sense of security and comfort.
