Home Instead Franklin provided caregiving services for my mother for over 5 years until she recently passed. As care needs changed over time they were very responsive and able to facilitate the care we needed. Communication was good and we were easily able to discuss any concerns that arose. All caregivers were caring and thoughtful. Her main caregiver Nanette was exceptional beyond words. She was so capable, knowledgeable, reliable, and most importantly loving towards my mom. She always went above and beyond. We were very blessed that she entered our lives and was able to provide such compasionate care.
Lucinda Saenz has been caring for our Dad for a few years now. She continues to show kindness and compassion for our Dad, is highly skilled in caregiving, and knows just what to say to make Dad’s day a little brighter. We are so fortunate to have Lucinda in our lives.
We have Jane since last year. We can not say enough about her wonderful care she gives Mike. She is very professional and at the same time has a great sense of humor when woking with Mike. He has dementia and she understands and has patience with him when needed. She has been a blessing for both of us.
