Wow! Talk about service! 5 stars, for sure. I woke to no heat a few mornings ago, didn't know where to start, as I live in a rural area and am not familiar with the contractors in my area. So, I called Brothers Consolidated. Keep in mind that we were in the midst of an ice & snowstorm, and that I live in Dodge Co. They had a service tech out to my home (a 55-mile drive one way in that weather!) within 5 hours of my call. The service tech, Nathan, was amazing! So unassuming and polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He got to the root of the problem quickly and had the right part in his van to fix the ignitor, and I had heat again. Called Brothers Consolidated HVAC because my AC decided to stop working a day before 100 degree temps. Rather than a delay in coming out, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they'd be out first thing in the morning. Bob showed up and had it fixed in 1/2 an hour. He explained what he was doing and why. The sound of the AC turning on was music to my ears. Thanks Brother's! Your service was great! Highly recommend to anyone who needs good and detailed service.
