He set a schedule ,adhered to the schedule , had great attention to detail, was very respectful of our home, and delivered a quality refinishing of our hardwood floor. Had our Brazilian hardwood floors completely resurfaced and they looked better than when they were new. Had some deep scratches and sun fading that were completely gone.
