“Dunno what the other reviewers are talking about. Then again, most are from years ago. I'm new to Sturgeon Bay in 2024, having just bought a house in town. Whenever I've called, I've gotten an appointment within a week or so, the guys that turned up did so on time with everything they needed. Every. Single. Time. Plus, when Dave came to get the A/C squared away, he shared additional advice/knowledge about the house, which they've serviced for years. Bailey was also impressive when he came to do needed follow up work to get the rest running right. I will rely on Eagle for my central A/C, my attic forced-air furnace, my water softener AND the hydronic heating system in floor and ceiling. I'm taking advantage of their semi-annual service for the coming warm/cold weather soup to nuts and appreciate the peace of mind that gives me. Oh, and Blaine, an estimator, even made a house call to check the basement with me before the installation of a much-needed dehumidifier. I love these guys!
