Footville Heating & Cooling saved us big time. Furnace went out on the coldest night of the year. Several quotes ranging between $4-7K to replace a higher efficiency 60k BTU unit. Even though Footville H&C didn't install the current furnace they found that several major components (Heat Exchangers/Burners) fell under warranty and replaced them under company cost.
