This is hands down the worst Walmart ever. It's always Disorganized, dirty, and low on stock of everything. Not to mention the employees are gross and apparently they don't care about their employees hygiene at all since every single one seems to be un showered and Disheveled But hey that's Fond du Lac. I I used to shop here Out of lack of other choices in the area but I've decided to stop recently. Here's why: I did both my family 's and my father-in-law shopping there. On an almost weekly basis. Usually I pay for my stuff with my card and my father-in-law stuff with his check. Usually it's a big trip but this time it was light. I separated and paid for my order first like I usually do and then had the cashier scan my father-in-law's order.When it came time to pay I handed the cashier my father-in-law's check and ID. He immediately runs off and comes back with two managers. Right off the bat they accuse me of fraud. I pull out my ID as well and show them but I live at the same address as my father-in-law and do his shopping because he is extremely old and immobile for the most part. I remind them that I come in here almost weekly and they don't seem to have a problem taking the check when it's over $200 but this time it's only for 70 so I find that suspicious. They still stand their ground so I offered to pay with my card and they refused. Both sets of groceries were already in the cart so they go sorting through everything saying nothing matches up with the receipt. Keep in mind it's not a self check and I have been standing there the whole time. I tried to explain to them that I haven't paid for the second order yet so that's why nothing is matching up to the receipt but they didn't seem to understand that. Again I offered to pay with my card and that I really needed to get going as I was picking up my son from school in less than 30 minutes. They still refused to let me pay for the rest of the order. I then tried to grab the things that I had already paid for but they tried to stop me. This is when I had to pull out my inner Karen and demand they let me leave with my stuff that I had paid for. Finally the couple behind me in line spoke up and they said why don't you just her pay for her things and move this line along. They try to tell them that I was refusing to pay for the second order and they came back with we all know that's not true as we have heard everything. They concurred with me that I obviously wasn't trying to be fraudulent as I had already paid for more than half the order and even so I was offering to pay for the second half. The manager didn't like that but she finally let me pay for the second half of the order Ridiculous but its not over yet. They tried to stop me out the door and check my order and I told them to go fly a kite. I will never step foot back in there and neither should you if you have other options.

Came in here today to grab some dog toys and other misc items decided to stop by the customer service desk to grab some cards and the worker there Brianna was one of the rudest customer service reps ever! She didn't even tell me to have a good day after I told her to! Not coming back
