Fraud! I've experienced discrimination and retaliation. Our elevator has been down 22 times in a year and it's a brand new building! Someone got stuck in it! No one returns calls at all! I honestly didn't think anyone existed until I called Consumer Protection.

If I could give no stars for CommonWealth management on here I would. I rented from Friar House Flats in Green Bay for 3 years and this is the worst management team I have ever rented from. They never kept the grounds cleaned, they let anyone, including criminals, move in. I could never get through to management to get anyone to fix anything or to report an issue with any of the neighbors. I was attacked by one of the tenants that was on drugs. They never fixed anything in my apartment completely. They never answer their phone. No management is on site all week long so you can never reach anyone in person either. Homeless people lived behind the dumpsters quite often. They raised the rent on me by 300 dollars without notifying me. No communication or care for tenants at all. NEVER rent from Friar House Flats, you will be miserable. It was the worst 3 years of my life.

Very rude driver! I was just in a parking lot and the driver smacked his car door into my car. I was sitting there getting ready to leave and would have gladly left so he had more room to get in! I have a big vehicle but was clearly in the center of my two lines!! He yelled at me and was very rude!! Very unprofessional! I called the number on the truck and reported him!
