He had the work done in less than a full day, and also thoroughly cleaned up the work area after completing the job. He was very informative explaining (with pictures) the issues with the chimney and how the new liner would prevent any future degradation.
We just had Jason out to check out and clean our chimney. It's not been used in quite some time so we wanted to make sure to get it cleaned and checked out. I've never seen a chimney cleaned either, so I asked a bunch of questions. He was so nice in explaining how to use it, what he was doing and shared some things we should do to maintain it. Really great experience and excellent customer service. -He even took care of the dead squirrel he found hiding in there.
