I got there for the first appointment of the day. Everyone was so kind and helped me to find the right frames and even helped me save money on my order. I will be going back and recommending this particular shopko to everyone.

Friendly, professional service all done in timely fashion. I had changes in eyesight I suspected that were confirmed and prescribed for. I’m actually excited about my new glasses.

I have gone to shopko optical a couple times now throughout the years, and I truly think they do an amazing job! The customer service you receive in the shop is phenomenal. I had the pleasure of working with Hannah yesterday, and she was extremely knowledgeable, and SO INCREDIBLY KIND. When I got out of my appointment with the doctor, there was only 2 girls working, and about 5 people and 3 children who entered, requesting to be helped. She apologized to everyone for being a little short staffed, and the two workers worked endlessly to help everyone that came in.
