I had an amazing experience with Keriann, the owner! She gave me a haircut, shampoo, ear wax treatment, and a neck massage — and spent a full hour making sure everything was perfect. I really appreciated that she doesn’t rush through appointments; she actually schedules her time so you get her full attention.At other places, I usually feel like I’m in and out in 20 minutes and end up looking like I just got out of prison — but not here! My haircut came out absolutely perfect. I will only ever get my haircut here. Keriann is the absolute best. My beard and hair never look better than after I get up from her chair. I look forward to my haircuts so much. We always laugh and have the best conversations. Her energy is so fun and relaxing. In all my years I've never had an experience at any other establishment that comes even close to KKrug. Hands down the best.
