I saw Dr. Jessica for several months in 2023 while I was dealing with a variety of issues. Not only did she provide relief (I love her techniques), but she was an absolute pleasure to talk to each visit. Carla at the front desk is always very helpful and kind, and clearly very good at what she does. This will be the first chiropractor I turn to when I need adjusting in the future.
Dr. Serwe is incredible at what she does! There were times when I could not move my neck without pain, and after the adjustment, I walked away with pain-free, full range of motion. I regularly see her for maintenance and always feel incredible, aligned, and invigorated. She is highly knowledgeable, and is continuously furthering her skill set through seminars, continuing education, and classes. So good!! Last, but not least, Carla at the front desk is meticulous, organized, and always greets with a warm smile. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!
Best chiropractor I have ever been to. Dr. Jessica takes the time to figure out what is wrong with you and how to best treat it. She is also willing to offer suggestions and advice on how to care for your body. My wife had never been to a chiropractor (a little scared I suppose). When she was about 6 months pregnant, I convinced her to go see Dr. Jessica. She is now a regular, both for adjustments and takes advantage of the massage options Ideal offers. We have taken both of our kids to see Dr. Jessica, as early as just a few months old, especially when they are stuffy. As an added bonus, the smiling face at the front desk, Carla, is an absolute pleasure to work with.
