Very bad experience. Have had lift 3 years. Each year gets worse. Now wont go up or down. Customer service is awful. Wouldn't recommend these lifts.

I am giving them one star as you cannot give them less. They have been installing and removing our dock for the past 3 years. I returned the request form this year for service. After 5 calls and some emails I was told mod June that they did not want to do it this year as it was too difficult. (Again they have done the work in prior years and sent a service form to me) If I had not called they would not have reached out. The owner was very rude and gruff. It was clear he did not know the dock as he said we changed it from a roll in which is not true. Past years they were slow but did a nice job and the team was friendly. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I am so angered by these people, SO RUDE and NEVER GAVE ME MY DOCK. I already have PAID yet my dock is NOWHERE TO BE SEEN. WONT ANSWER MY CALLS after trying to reach them for MONTHS.
