“We used A+ for housesitting and cat care while on an extended trip. Jeanne was great! Our cats took to her and enjoyed the care and attention. We have one cat with additional medical needs and knew he was getting his medications and care on schedule. We also appreciated the updates and pictures. We will definitely use A+ again and recommend them to others.“
“I am so happy I decided to contact Prudence & Heart to watch my pet rats while I was away on vacation! It quickly became clear to me when I dropped them off that Elizabeth shows a lot of compassion towards animals. Totally exceeded my expectations... the cage was cleaner than when I brought it over and my boys seemed very content (despite never having to leave their home environment before). Highly recommend Prudence & Heart to anyone who doesn't love the idea of a big business taking care of their pet, and would rather them be safe in the hands of a kind person!“

“There isn't anywhere else I would have wanted to take my puppy for daycare. I researched every dog daycare in the Madison area. When I called them before making a decision, I had a list of questions and this place just felt right. The fact that it was puppy exclusive and used positive reinforcement gave me confidence knowing my little guy was going to be in a safe environment and was going to be well cared for. The Puppy Den offers structure: nap time, play time, training and games. The staff is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and always excited to see the puppies come in the door. They all knew who Charlie was and kept me informed of anything I needed to know from the day. I also love that they send report cards (videos & pictures) of your puppy when time allows. We never had a bad experience here and Charlie and I will be sad when he graduates at 8 months as we begin our search for a new facility. I cannot recommend The Puppy Den enough!“
