We love Odyssey and so does our pet! The staff is very friendly and professional from when you walk in the door to when you meet with the doctor. Everyone always takes time to listen to concerns and staff is great with our pet. We would highly recommend!

Odyssey provides excellent care and service to my two cats. Appointments have been easy and quick, and their website and app are easy to use. Communication is timely. Nothing but great things to say about Odyssey!

While caring for a friend's dog while they were on vacation, a concern arose and I contacted their vet, Odyssey. From the before-hours phone call, which gave me the option to be transferred directly to two emergency vet clinics, through follow up questions, Odyssey impressed. There ended up being a hard diagnosis, in-clinic treatment followed by further treatment at the Emergency Vet coordinated by Odyssey, and a few hiccups after.Patty was wonderful fielding my phone calls, reception staff were terrific, Lauren was the most compassionate tech I've ever encountered, and Dr. Mary Kuefler took excellent care of sweet pup *and* me.They helped me navigate both care for my...read full review
