Going to the dentist isn’t something that people usually like to do- and I don’t- but Madilyn the hygienist was fantastic. She did a great job making sure I was comfortable and told me exactly what she was doing. I wish I could have Madilyn every time.The prior hygienist was a little more on the rough side - but overall good experiences there.
This dentist's office is amazing. The entire staff is super kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. They go to great lengths to communicate what they're doing and why, which is super helpful if you've ever had a bad dental experience or are anxious about going. They're also very upfront about the costs and what will/won't be covered by your insurance. Getting to watch the Great British Bakeoff while getting your teeth cleaned is just an added perk.
Always a pleasant experience at Mendota Springs for my family. We have been going here for the past two years and everyone is very friendly, professional, thorough, prompt and efficient. The facility is very clean and modern. We love walking out with sparkly teeth and peace of mind :). Thanks to the wonderful staff for making it an enjoyable experience for my kids.
