Went to Madison to visit my mom. She had a plumbing issue. I was recommended by a friend to try Benjamin Plumbing. Boy I'm glad I did. From the 1st call I was already at ease. The plumber was friendly and explained what he was doing. It was a great experience. From a bad situation.

This is the second time that I requested their services. one for the removal of a sink and the second time was to check some water leaks, but they ended up finding that it was my water softener that was leaking and they changed it the following day as I gave them the green light. The price is somewhat affordable. The response time and customer service is great.

We wanted to wait before we sent this to give the water heater a good test. The Rinnai is everything we were hoping it would be. It is quiet, consistent, and has learned all of our habits. Your installers were on time, very professional and friendly. And Keith was very thorough and answered all of our questions.
