Excellent customer service. Technician was friendly and professional. Explains everything that may possibly need to be addressed in the near future. I always feel that Cardinal HVAC etc technicians are honest & do quality work.
Same day service to replace our old broken water heater. Pleasant and helpful interactions with the installers (Kyle B!), respectful of our property, clean installation. About as good an experience replacing a broken water heater as you could hope for.
