From the first contact with Paul the owner, I knew that I had the right place. Paul did a wonderful job evaluating my property and explaining the system both from the inside and outside of my home. RMES did and excellent job for us. They spent time answering our questions during the initial visit to assess our situation. We received our quote, reference contact list, and helpful info on radiation within 2 days. The actual remediation was excellently done. Looks great, and does the job. Following installation, they spent time going over information about the system, and left written info to refer back to in the future. The were always prompt and personable!
