We operate a short term rental home and our furnace went down on a Saturday night which was also part of a holiday weekend. I had not used Westenn before and wondered if any emergency service repair companies would be answering during the holidays. My call was promptly answered and a service person was on his way. He even had the part we needed on the truck. We were up and running within an hour. Our property manager also commented that it was the fastest response she had ever seen. Westenn will be our new service provider and I can't thank them enough for the great after hours service and especially during a holiday weekend. Landlord called to have service done tomy a/c. Chris came out and checked everythingout with both units, informed me what wasthe issue, fixed the problem and got everythingsituated in a great time frame. Definitelyrecommend this company!

We needed to replace our furnace, and Ray was referred to us, by a mutual friend. We are so happy we went with him!! Ray came out on a Monday, to see what we needed, had the estimate by Tuesday, parts ordered and available by Wednesday, and install on Thursday!! We couldn't be happier with how timely this went down, the great installers that came out, and it didn't cost us a small fortune!!! Thank you, Ray and Team, for a great job...you will be highly recommended to our friends and family.
