What a very nice experience using this company.We had little Rich as our technician and he was so polite and considerate.He installed a magnetic connection on the back of our clothes dryer instead of the clamps that hold the vent pipe inplace.We also replaced the flexable pipe with a solid pipe,glad we did the flexable pipe was so full of lint that the pipe traps,now everything is solid and smooth.Rich gave us information about a service contract with southern lakes,they will come out and do a tune-up on our heating unit,inspect everything so nothing will go wrong.We signed up for that yearly service and made this company our heating and plumbing company right on the spot,thanks for the great service Rich and Southern Lakes.
I called yesterday morning because my 81 year old father told me that he was heating his house with the oven overnight 😳. Apparently his heat suddenly stopped working. I called in the morning when I found out and by 2:00 in the afternoon Kevin came out and had it up and running and serviced. Wow, I’m impressed once again with this company. Elderly people really need to be a priority as these kind people understand! My dad couldn’t stop talking about how nice and patient Kevin was and how fair the pricing was. Thank you Southern Lakes for taking care of my father so quickly!
