Awesome experience. This is my third time over the years making the pilgrimage. Great crew to work with. Lexi made it happen, Christan and Jesse did their magic, and Lulu was there for support LOL. If you are on the fence about visiting I highly recommend going. You won't regret it.

I bought my trombone (T-350 HB) back in 2014. The quality of customer service when I was fitted to my horn was first class. However, this review isn’t about my fitting. My review is about the stupendous customer service I received when my horn needed some warranty work done on it. When I got in contact with Lexi, she quickly set me up to have one of their valve sections and bells on loan while I sent mine in for the repair. Lexi made everything so easy and stress free, something not easily done during these times. She gave me a detailed run down on what work was going to be done and gave me updates on my repair as well.
