“This place is a gem! Kim was so kind and accommodating for our group of 3. We used the steam room and each got an hour massage. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing, and smells really good! There is a little room called the library that you can relax in and have a cup of tea while you wait for your service. The bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!We were visiting during a blizzard. A lot of places were closed but Kim was open and we were still able to have a spa day!“
