What a surprise! This is a full 1.5 hour yoga class covering breath work and a variety of poses and flows. She even corrects, which is rare these days. Cannot wait to return to this lovely venue.
Whenever I’m in Door County, I love going to this beautifully serene and lush spot for yoga, led by a highly qualified and caring teacher. In class, I can relax into Kathy’s expert guidance through yoga poses and breathing. She’s been teaching a long time and is a first rate teacher. A unique studio.
