My husband's laptop bit the dust. Tom set him up with a great deal on a refurbished one, including the transferring of all his data in one day. Honestly is a word Tom uses frequently. We trust Him, totally!

My work PC went down on Sunday night. Tried everything I could to get it going. But nothing was working and it wouldn't boot up. I brought it here and he took a look at it, it booted up (because my computer hates me apparently) and he went through, installed the updates, found the cause of some random unrelated error messages i was getting, and even cleaned the dust our. On top of this, he told me since he didn't really have to work on it, I didn't owe him anything. I always push people to take their tech needs to 3 blind mice, but every time I walk in this door he earns it. I can't say enough nice things about this business
