Guardian Home Improvement did an excellent job replacing our storm damaged roof and gutters! Cody was very informative about all steps of the process. He was always prompt and responsive to any questions I had. We are very pleased with our new roof! I would recommend Guardian Home Improvement to my friends and family!

Originally called for gutter guards. Cody discovered some hail damage on my roof and immediately helped open a claim with my home insurance company. Damage was confirmed and claim approval happened in about a week. They coordinated with my solar company to remove my solar panels before roof replacement. Roof was done in ONE DAY ! The crew started first thing in the morning, took maybe a half hour lunch,and finished in the afternoon. They also do a great job of cleaning up around the house,using magnets, to get any dropped nails. They also replaced a couple of sheets of plywood that had water damage on them . Cody and Guardian did everything they could to get my roof replaced, but unfortunately AllState went with photos rather than their own third party inspector and I was not able to get my roof replaced. When the time comes for replacing my roof I will give Cody a call.
