It was a pleasure working with Matt and his team. The work was down, on-time, and on budget. There were no surprises, and any additional work requested on our part, was explained and costed quickly. I will use Matt again, as we have another project scheduled for July.

We had an idea for a custom addition to our home but had no idea the best way to go about it, so Matt scheduled us for a consultation. Matt went above and beyond in explaining things and even giving us more cost effective options with our idea!

We had two major projects done on our home this year (2024).
The first project was the replacement of our roof in May and the second project was the replacement of all the windows in our home in September.

In both cases we were extremely pleased with Matt Smith's (MS R&I Construction) quality of work and their attention to details.

Additionally, during the roof installation, Matt's knowledge and experience was instrumental in bring to our attention, several situations on the home that needed to be remedied (not related to the roof itself) and assisted in getting these issues repaired.
