For several years I've been planning to replace my nearly 20 year old deck. But how to choose a good contractor? After only a bit of Google-ing, I picked MS R&I Construction. What a great choice it turned out to be!! From Matt's initial home visit, to the estimate and color choices, to filing the permit I became more and more comfortable with each interaction. Matt's schedule even opened up and he was able to move the project up by almost 2 months. He and his dad, Dave were both friendly and professional. Matt talked me through each step of the job and calmed my nerves when I was concerned with the excavation portion of it. I witnessed first-hand his meticulous attention to detail at every turn. The beautiful finished deck is a true testament to his talent and pride in his work. I am absolutely thrilled with this amazing addition to my home.
